This is my first blog, so please excuse the learning curve.

My name is Mary Carneiro and I am a Real Estate Agent in Brunswick County NC. Coming from CT to this gorgeous coastal area six years ago, I have experienced and learned many things in that transition. My goal here is to share some of that knowledge to those considering relocating to the area. Also being a successful and creatively energetic real estate broker, I am eager to share tricks and skills I have learned for our specific area. This often overwhelming experience of buying or selling can be less stressful with a smart and informed plan. I pride myself in personal commitment to my clients, it will be our shared journey.
